Sister, Jesus says, I have something
To say to you. We're in the living room,
Reading. Jesus
Is engaged with Isaiah
And has his legs flung over a chair.
I look up from my book,
Waiting for his Word.
Jesus' word always comes. And when it does,
It's unexpected, earth shattering even, and
Changes my life.
